  • Handle complex transactions and special assignments related to office management and contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and procurement records and reports.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff and department directors to ensure effective communication and operations.
  • Engage in professional development efforts as required by management.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
  • Previous office manager experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Experience with accounting software is helpful.
  • Current Minnesota Driver's License required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Somali preferred.
  • Prior experience with federally funded programs such as Head Start or Early Head Start.
