Elite Technical is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our client's office in Baltimore Maryland. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Monitor time/attendance, vacations, and other absences from the office.
Run productivity reports and consult with employees to identify any issues.
Serve as point of contact for employees on questions relating to policies and procedures and escalate as needed.
Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
Support day-to-day facility concerns such as building, security, cleaning and maintenance, heating and air conditioning, emergency preparedness, and general tenant issues.
Coordinate inventory and ordering of general office supplies.
Facilitate office space assignments/desk moves for new and existing employees, including attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
Bachelor's Degree or have comparable work experience.
Three+ years Office Management experience is required.
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Excellent organizational and personnel management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters.
The ability to work with all levels of employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
