Elite Technical is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our client's office in Baltimore Maryland. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

  • Monitor time/attendance, vacations, and other absences from the office.
  • Run productivity reports and consult with employees to identify any issues.
  • Serve as point of contact for employees on questions relating to policies and procedures and escalate as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Support day-to-day facility concerns such as building, security, cleaning and maintenance, heating and air conditioning, emergency preparedness, and general tenant issues.
  • Coordinate inventory and ordering of general office supplies.
  • Facilitate office space assignments/desk moves for new and existing employees, including attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
  • Bachelor's Degree or have comparable work experience.
  • Three+ years Office Management experience is required.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and personnel management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • The ability to work with all levels of employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
