About The Position

The Office Manager (OM) at Mosquito Joe of Charleston and Columbia is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing customer relationships, and supporting field technicians. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized and positive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the business. The OM will report directly to the General Manager and will also be responsible for the professional development of Customer Service Representatives (CSR).

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and filing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service appointments, and financial transactions.
  • Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure office efficiency.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and adequate supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing.
  • Monitor office expenses and budgets.
