About The Position

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support on the People teams. This role is essential in maintaining a productive, efficient, and positive work environment, whether in-office, hybrid, or remote.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as an Office Manager or in a fast-paced operations role.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Monday).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, approachable, and resourceful attitude with a passion for supporting teams.
  • An organizer at heart with exceptional attention to detail—you consistently follow through on commitments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys supporting and connecting people, building rapport across teams, and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Strong communication skills—you tailor messages for different audiences, listen actively, and keep others informed so work flows smoothly.
  • You demonstrate a Growth Mindset—open to feedback, curious about improving processes, and eager to learn new systems or tools as the office evolves.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting needs and priorities while maintaining composure and positivity.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the office running smoothly
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, equipment, and supply management to ensure a productive, well-stocked, and organized environment.
  • Manage visitor logistics including travel, accommodations, and in-office hospitality to create a positive impression.
  • Coordinate equipment and onboarding materials for new hires and ensure existing employees have what they need to thrive.
  • Organize team-building activities, office celebrations, and happy hours that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Maintain snacks, beverages, and swag to support employees and brand presence.
  • Oversee office maintenance, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance to keep our space secure and operational.
  • Help with office moves, manage support lines, and assist with conference prep and building services to keep everything on track.
