We’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our Charlotte, NC office. SUMMARY: The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of Teguar’s office and facilities. This role oversees administrative functions, coordinates building maintenance and vendors, supports leadership meetings and culture initiatives, and serves as a key point of contact for IT and office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong commitment to integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
