Office Manager (New York Hub)

Roboflow, Inc.New York, NY
47d$85,000 - $100,000Onsite

About The Position

Our office hubs - starting in New York City and San Francisco - are becoming central to how our distributed team connects and creates, and we're opening the doors to our biggest space yet - a brand new 7,000 sq ft hub in the heart of Flatiron. As our first Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our NYC Hub: part operations pro, part experience designer, and part community builder. Roboflow's hubs have quickly become one of the most-loved parts of our culture. They're places for raccoons (our affectionate nickname for teammates) to gather, create, and collaborate IRL. As our first New York Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of this new hub and the architect of how it comes to life. You'll own the setup, operations, and day-to-day rhythm of the space - ensuring it runs seamlessly, feels inspiring, and reflects our values. You'll own every detail that makes the office an inspiring, functional, and fun place to work - from space operations and vendor management to events, culture moments, and team onboarding. You'll also partner closely with our People and Operations teams to shape how we scale our hubs as we grow across the world. You'll also help shape the playbook for how we open future offices as we continue to grow. This is an opportunity to build something foundational - to take a brand-new flagship space and make it hum with energy, warmth, and purpose. This role reports to Kate Wagner, Head of Operations, and works closely with the People Ops, Finance, and Leadership teams.
