This role ensures that our workplace runs smoothly day-to-day while creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for employees, candidates, and visitors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive workplace experience. This person will oversee office operations, manage vendors and supplies, support employee onboarding logistics, and help coordinate internal events and team gatherings. As the company continues to grow, the Office Manager will also play an important role in supporting workplace planning and office expansion initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises discretion with sensitive information, and takes pride in creating a polished and well-run office.
