About The Position

Jerry Seiner Casa Grande Chevrolet is seeking an Office Manager / Accounting Administrator to oversee daily dealership accounting operations, financial reconciliations, and administrative workflows. This role involves leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with all dealership departments including sales, service, F&I, and title.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive accounting, office management, or dealership administration
  • Knowledge of dealership financial processes and reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Oversee daily bank, cash handling, and support month-end closings
  • Lead and support the accounting team for efficient workflows
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure accurate deal postings, incentives, and receivables
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies, internal controls, and financial regulations
  • Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Serve as an onsite HR resource for employees, offering guidance, support, and clarification on policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
