Based in Anza’s Wilmington headquarters, this role serves as the central point of coordination for office operations, facilities management, vendor support, and administrative services across the enterprise. The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Anza’s offices operate efficiently, professionally, and consistently, in alignment with the company’s culture, growth objectives, and governance expectations. This role requires strong judgment, high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations, and the discipline to operate effectively in a fast-growing, regulated environment.
