We are looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational functions to ensure a productive, efficient, and well organized workplace. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal staff, and vendors when appropriate, supporting leadership by managing office operations, processes, and resources. This position is in-office at our Bank Headquarters located in Oak Creek, WI. Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Exemplary planning, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform and manage multiple assignments with accuracy and effectiveness
  • Successfully deal with unexpected events and moves constructively toward improvement
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Primarily office based with occasional lifting of office supplies
  • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day office operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Oversee office supplies, and equipment maintenance when applicable
  • Plan and coordinate key executive and department events
  • Creates and develops executive-level materials, documents, presentations, and projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes
  • Foster a positive office culture and serve as a resource for employee needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and streamline administrative processes
  • Develop and document office procedures and best practices
  • Additional duties as assigned
