About The Position

Do you embrace and adapt to change with ease? If so, Bone Dry Roofing has an exciting opportunity for you as an Office Manager! As the backbone of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our Lafayette office. Bone Dry is in search of a qualified Office Manager for our Indy Southside office to support the company's sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, vendors, and internal team members. This position is full time on-site located in Greenwood, Indiana.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Process all sold projects in Dropbox daily.
  • Create job packets and leave in appropriate area.
  • Process credit applications for sales representatives.
  • Call homeowner to schedule roofs and other projects.
  • Send roof orders to the Distributor.
  • Make AR calls.
  • Enter completed repair job pictures in CRM.
  • Answer all calls - make sure all calls get answered even if having to put someone on hold is needed.
  • Greet all incoming customers.
  • Call all Contractor Nation and Home Advisor leads - if unable to reach by phone and email is given, send short email.
  • Process route sheets daily, including task information from prior day and reschedule any appointments listed to be rescheduled on route sheets.
  • Process open proposals in CRM.
  • Get mail and apply any payments from checks received.
  • Make deposits.
  • Order EagleViews for next day's sales appointments.
  • Do courtesy reminder calls for appointments - mark customers on route sheet with a check mark if you spoke with them and a "LM" if you had to leave a message.
  • Share in housekeeping duties.
  • Assist new employees with completing onboarding paperwork.
