We're growing - and expanding services in: Aesthetics (Botox, Fillers) EmSculpt (for arthritis relief and body contouring) Acupuncture Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy Physical Rehabilitation Chiropractic Care This is an exciting time to join us. 🚀 Your Role: The Practice Leader As Office Manager, you'll: Serve as the primary liaison between the Doctor and team Lead staff meetings and performance conversations Create strong communication systems across departments Keep day-to-day issues off the Doctor's plate Oversee patient flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Improve systems and workflows to support growth Support budgeting, planning, and expansion initiatives Coordinate marketing support and patient education efforts You'll set the tone.
