About The Position

Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience as an Office manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Office 365.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
  • Occasionally required to stand, reach, bend, and/or walk during scheduled shift.
  • Occasionally exert up to 15 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
  • Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Speak, type and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; planning special events; ordering office supplies; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Implement procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
