Under the supervision of the CEO/Stovall Office Trustees, is responsible for managing daily office operations and performing a wide range of duties related to maintaining books, processing income and expenses, maintaining property tax schedules, assisting in tax return preparation and monitoring status to completion, monitoring royalty activity, maintaining mineral and land files, handling annual insurance renewals, maintaining office filing/organizational systems and record retention, tickler systems and preparing and maintaining office procedures.
