About The Position

Weiss Asset Management (WAM), a Boston-based investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager to join a dynamic team and work at the intersection of office operations and employee experience. Successful applicants will be creative problem-solvers and self-starters willing to contribute to all aspects of the firm. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is required. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage office processes and services, including space planning, maintenance, and day-to-day relationships with vendors and building management.
  • Own and execute employee experience programs and initiatives that enhance the overall work environment and support employee engagement.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office space by personally managing and executing essential upkeep tasks.
  • Greet clients and visitors by providing front-office hospitality services and answering all incoming company requests.
  • Plan and manage employee events and activities that build morale, foster teamwork, and recognize achievements.
  • Design and administer employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee experience and surface areas for improvement.
  • Assess and refine employee experience initiatives, office management processes, and related policies to ensure they continue to meet the needs of employees and the firm.
