About The Position

As an Office Manager at The Wexford, you will: Lead day‑to‑day office operations, supervising reception and support staff while ensuring exceptional customer service for residents, visitors, and employees. Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, recordkeeping, facility coordination, office supply management, and technology support. Partner closely with the Administrator on communication, compliance, financial processes, and cross‑department coordination. Support resident services through transportation scheduling, service requests, and incident documentation. Ensure team compliance with training requirements and provide ongoing coaching, onboarding support, and technology training. Manage additional operational responsibilities including I‑9 processing, timekeeping approvals, and payroll coordination.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • 2 + years of office administrative experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English for interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, writing routine reports and correspondences.
  • Intermediate proficiency in fundamental math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, with knowledge of database, internet, and spreadsheet software to complete data entry and other related functions.
