The Role The Office Manager plays a critical role in bringing financial visibility, organization, and documented systems to the company. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to manage billing, payables, receivables, contracts, job documentation, and repeatable administrative processes. This role carries responsibility and is designed to grow into department leadership as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Track and enter accounts payable
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist with follow up
  • Prepare a weekly financial visibility report
  • Send contracts and assist with change order documentation
  • Manage lien releases, COIs, and project startup paperwork
  • Maintain organized job files
  • Answer phones and manage office flow
  • Help build and document repeatable systems and processes
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
