In this position, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and sales support. Your primary responsibilities in Administrative support · Being the face of the company at the office location, including greeting and escorting visitors and clients · Manage mail and calls including conference room reservations · Ensure the office is clean, presentable and organized · Maintain office and kitchen supplies · Be the main point of contact with building management for day to day building services and operations · Provide other clerical duties as necessary Your primary responsibilities in Sales team support · Trade show registration including such things as ordering booth furniture, organizing electrical setup · Organize, maintain and arrange for shipment of demo equipment · Occasionally help with quotes · Register and update vendor registrations · Keeping government research lab databases and documentation in both the US and Cananda updated and accurate · Secondary contact for client needs in addition to the Sales Manager. Who will you be working closely with Internally with Engineering team at the office location and remote Sales teams. Externally with suppliers, visitors and service providers.

  • You have at least five years of similar professional experience.
  • You are organized, detail oriented, and can multi-task priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You work independently making decisions and escalating issues appropriately.
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and are an MS Office expert, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
