Our long-standing practice, Kind Family Dentistry, in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. We are a well-respected, relationship-focused PPO and fee-for-service practice that has been serving the community for more than 40 years. Our office takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, supporting professional growth, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Requirements

Proven experience in dental office management
Strong understanding of dental practice operations and workflow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, coach, and support team members
Effective time-management and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with PPO and FFS environments (experience with scheduling, billing, insurance, and patient coordination)
Knowledge of Dentrix software

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and front-office workflows
Support and mentor team members to maintain a healthy culture
Manage scheduling, patient experience, and practice flow
Monitor KPIs, production/collections, and administrative systems
Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team on strategic goals
Ensure compliance with office protocols, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
Handle insurance processing, billing oversight, and financial presentation (as needed)
