With around 120 team members and advisors across the US and Europe, we focus on generating attractive investment returns across market cycles. Our in-house data science team collaborates closely with sector investment teams to leverage innovative technologies for identifying market opportunities and optimizing investment portfolios. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. You will be responsible for managing office operations, providing general administrative and human resources support, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This role reports to the Senior Human Capital Management Manager in our Oklahoma City office. In this position, you will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing the necessary support for staff to succeed. You will manage daily office operations, coordinate office events, assist with HR functions, and maintain office supplies and budgets. Your ability to analyze data using advanced Excel functions will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement within our office processes.
