The Office Administrator is responsible for handling fundamental aspects of the office including bank reconciliation, payroll, HR, accounts payable, financial reports, and food/labor cost management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills who is proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate should be friendly, a self-starter, a team player, able to work well under pressure, possess a great attitude, and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. The Office Administrator will also carry out administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, including basic bookkeeping and IT-related activities. Responsibilities include ordering office supplies and managing Redemption Counter merchandise.
