Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of a broad range of business processes in a complex company (e.g. Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, Security, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, be self-driven and apply creative problem-solving skills
  • SAP experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate administrative / accounting duties and plant office procedures
  • Support Plant Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory
  • Minimize loss through fraud, poor quality control, and poor operational or accounting practices
  • Coordinate with CMC Master Data for new vendor requests or changes
  • Support regulatory or compliance activities with local or state entities
  • Accurately reviews and approves employee hours thorough the online Kronos time keeping system
  • Collaborate in a team environment - Working with Sales, Purchasing, HR, Accounting, Safety and Maintenance departments on a regular basis
  • Complete additional duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
