About The Position

The Office Manager position is an entry-level role at a rapidly growing Architecture & Engineering Firm located in Margaretville, New York. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative tasks within the office to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing schedules, handling office supplies, greeting visitors, managing budgets, and providing administrative support to staff and executives.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless administrative support to staff and executives including mail distribution, document preparation, and filing.
  • Meet deadlines and implement office policies.
  • Oversee communication support including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and internal communication.
  • Maintain scheduling and calendar management including meeting coordination, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies including inventory tracking.
  • Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep.
  • Planning and organizing company events and conferences.
