About The Position

Hilliary Broadcasting, a statewide radio group, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager / Traffic Coordinator to support daily operations across our stations. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping multiple workflows moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Basic accounting or billing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process advertising orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute daily and weekly traffic logs
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure on-air accuracy
  • Generate and send monthly invoices
  • Collect and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Process accounts receivable (AR)
  • Prepare and record bank deposits
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support general office operations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned related to manager assistance
