About The Position

The Office Manager at Crothall Healthcare is responsible for overseeing all administrative and office management duties within the Environmental Services (EVS) department. This role ensures that the services provided to customers are of superior quality, while also enhancing office productivity and maintaining efficient workflow through effective management of office operations and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required plus 5 years' experience or college degree plus two years' experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
  • Ability to use working knowledge of the working environment to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, payroll preparation, personnel management, and filing systems.
  • Increase office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
  • Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
  • Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
  • Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Plan office layout, develop office budget, and initiate cost reduction programs.
  • Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Prepare activity reports for management guidance.
  • Coordinate activities of various clerical departments or workers within the department.
