About The Position

Provides office supervision for a single specialty clinic. Manages the use of resources and is accountable for day to day operation. Assesses routine daily operations and initiates appropriate corrective action in order to maintain and improve services and patient care. Oversees staff that provides high quality, comprehensive and patient centered care including patient examination, development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources and clinical guidance to licensed and non-licensed personnel. Works with various healthcare team members. Coordinates and ensures interdisciplinary educational in services for staff.

Requirements

• Four year degree from an accredited college or university in science, medical technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a manager in a clinic setting.
• Computer experience or course work in computer preferred.
