About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is hiring a highly organized, detail-focused professional to manage the administrative and financial coordination of home sales inside our Manufactured Home dealership.
If you take pride in accuracy, follow-through, documentation, and keeping complex transactions moving smoothly from start to finish - this role is designed for you.
Industry-specific training is provided. Stability and long-term growth are real.
You will serve as the operational backbone - ensuring every deal is complete, compliant, documented correctly, and processed efficiently.
This is a process-driven role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and methodical
• Comfortable working within structured systems
• Strong follow-through and task completion focus
• Able to prioritize multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
• Process-driven and compliance-minded
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Office management, loan processing, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
