SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK Performs skilled duties of a broad nature, which include ability to organize office and supervise smooth operation of facility. Assignments may entail a wide knowledge base, decision making, and problem solving. Requirements

High School Diploma required
One to three years or relevant office management required
Strong computer skills in MS Office
Strong organizational and administrative skills

Responsibilities

Assures completion of all internal and external data collection and reporting required by funding sources and reports regularly on these areas.
Manage required paperwork and electronic submission procedures for behavioral health services.
Oversees the updating and completion of daily staff schedules, scheduling intakes, and maintains therapist’s work schedules.
Coordinating client appointments by scheduling, obtaining insurance or other pay source information, and forwarding the proper information to Fiscal Department.
Enters monthly statistical data for outcomes.
Ensures that supplies are maintained at adequate levels and office upkeep is monitored.
Accurately takes messages and gives appropriate directions to clients and public; assists all visitors, clients and staff in processing their inquiries.
Responds to staff requests relative to facility needs.
Provides support to all programs located in this office.
Attend and co-facilitate the monthly agency-wide Office Manager’s meetings.
Always display a courteous and caring attitude to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors of the Agency.
Cooperate and collaborate with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff.
Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance.
Abide by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements.
Develop personal and program related skills through participation in internal and external training opportunities including printed material and audio and/or visual media.
Creates, maintains and shares an appropriate a dynamic self-care plan.
Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community whenever possible to contribute to the agency’s ongoing fundraising and friend-raising efforts.
Essential functions of this job are to be performed on company physical work site.
Perform other program related duties as assigned.
