About The Position

RedCloud Consulting is a business and IT consulting company with local Puget Sound Enterprise and Mid-sized clients. RedCloud seeks an Office Manager / HR Coordinator to support immediate corporate operations. This is a role where you get to wear many hats and support numerous aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment. Each day will look a little different. You will be responsible for providing operations support to the management team and our consultants in the field. You'll work closely with the HR Operations team to develop and run efficient administration of employees, general office operations and communications. You should have prior HR experience with great communication skills, friendly demeanor, professional presentation, and can handle multiple competing priorities. You should be resourceful and able to solve routine problems effectively, be detailed oriented, and demonstrate consistent follow-through. You must be able to build effective working relationships and accommodate different work styles and views of individuals. This is a business support position. The Office/HR Coordinator will identify and implement administrative improvements as well as document detailed processes. Looking for in-office presence 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Requirements

  • Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and resolve problems.
  • Ability to interpret a variety or extensive instructions.
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Power Point) and comfortable learning other corporate software programs.
  • Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to learn about office equipment, PC troubleshooting, and laptop set up skills.
  • Naturally detail oriented.
  • Professional dress and presentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous roles as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant and HR Administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR-related tasks and responsibilities, including employee relations, onboarding, separation, identifying improvements to processes as needed.
  • Work independently and with internal team members on a wide variety of projects, from conception to completion, with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with benefits administration in HR systems, training, and communications.
  • Provide IT help support inquiries, maintain laptop inventory and laptop setup for employees.
  • Maintain office organization, cleanliness and inventory; greet guests and employees visiting office.
  • Act as an employee point of contact for general inquiries.
  • Maintain wall photo gallery and assist with employee newsletter.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, scanning incoming mail and handling shipments.
  • Office document management and equipment set up and upkeep.
  • Help plan and coordinate RedCloud social events, community-based events and company-wide communications.
  • Submit facility requests to property management and coordinate with maintenance accordingly.

Benefits

  • Compensation range for position is $80,000 - $90,000 DOE.
