Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and office staff
  • Learn on the fly in a fast-paced growing company
  • Manage expense reporting, calendar management, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Oversee compliance management
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and coordinating with vendors and customers
  • File and organize job charts
  • Prepare letters and general documents
  • Assist with business development and marketing
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and drop off packages as required
  • Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment
  • Keep track of office supplies
