What You’ll Do - as the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office and lead multiple departments to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in office management, accounting, or operations leadership Strong background in billing, AR/AP
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with all personality types
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook, with strong overall technology skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
  • Prior office management experience is required.
  • Accounting experience is required
  • Ability to maintain relationships with our customers, vendors, and co-workers while effectively communicating and resolving issues
  • Ability to work in an organized manner
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new computer programs
  • Ability to Maintain a professional atmosphere while working with Management,Corporate, and Local Staff
  • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding,machine operation, driving, etc.)- most of the work day;

  • AA or AS Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the division’s billing, accounts payable, customer service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Oversee accounts receivable and collections, driving improvements in cash flow and days sales outstanding (DSO)
  • Manage customer service team performance, including scheduling, training, and coaching
  • Review and approve payables processing and coding
  • Prepare monthly revenue projections and support leadership reporting
  • Ensure accurate deposits and financial controls, including proper segregation of duties
  • Reconcile disposal invoices with internal systems (Tower/dispatch)
  • Complete franchise, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Partner with Sales on contract tracking and business reporting
  • Assist leadership with operational and financial analysis reporting
