About The Position

As the Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub of our Lewis Center facility — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting multiple departments, and creating a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. This role combines front desk responsibilities with broader office management duties, making you a key contributor to our organizational efficiency and culture.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Experience handling a multi-line phone system.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MRP systems (Made2Manage knowledge preferred).
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately using the company switchboard.
  • Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean and organized first impression.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory, restock and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and planning including room setup, catering, meeting preparation, presentations and calendar invites.
  • Assist with employee communication including message boards, upcoming events and tracking responses.
  • Support facilities coordination including vendor scheduling, maintenance requests, and special requests.
  • Assist with meeting coordination including room setup, catering, and calendar invites.
  • Provide administrative support to departments including scheduling, copying, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support Human Resources with tasks such as vacation tracking, benefits documentation, timesheets, and employee recognition.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Serve as point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle special projects and confidential assignments for management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
