This posting is for a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. This position provides managerial and administrative support for the Office of Academic Affairs. In addition, manages projects and highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. The position is responsible for collaborating with Human Resources and the University’s deans in order to manage and organize full-time and part-time faculty contract activity and workloads. The Office Manager is also responsible for supervising the distribution of communications to faculty; managing the website for the Office of Academic Affairs, assisting with commencement and the Symposium for Scholarship & Creativity; and managing the daily operations of the Office of Academic Affairs. Essential Functions This position requires regular, predictable, reliable attendance in the office environment.
