You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. Using your expertise in office management, you will be providing office-level staff and technical support for offices and programs that support the mission of providing timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial-intelligence in support of national security.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • At least 8 years of total experience, with 6 years of specialized experience
  • Note: Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience (2 years of school = 1 year of experience)
  • Experience working with executive-level clients in IC, NGA, DoD or Federal government
  • Experience assessing metrics and data to support decision making processes related to strategic planning
  • Experience utilizing MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with and adapt to personnel at all levels, dealing with high visibility situations and working effectively under the pressure of rigid deadlines
  • Experience leveraging interpersonal and customer service skills to resolve or implement innovative solutions without direct supervision
  • Experience managing and scheduling executive-level travel using applicable, corporate tools (e.g., DTS, MET)
  • Experience utilizing Human Capital Management tools (e.g. PeopleSoft), collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint), and/or tasker management tools (e.g., NGA Central Electronic Routing and Tasking System (NCERTS)
  • Experience presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for assisting directorate leadership with all corporate, operational, and functional requirements
  • Meet, plan, develop communications, governance, and operations
  • Track and provide metric data of corporate and administrative programs
  • Develop finished briefing materials ready for NGA leadership and higher levels
  • Support the government through strategic communications, collaborative engagement and secretariat responsibilities
  • Actively engage with the community members and partners as directed by the Government
  • Support preparation of read-ahead materials
  • Develop, prepare and perform technical edits of reports, communications products, presentations, talking points and other products, as required
  • Other duties as assigned
