  • Support the California team operations with administrative tasks.
  • Create reports and mail documents as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, including picking up permits.
  • Maintain organizational workflow for the California team.
  • Work directly with the Canada team to coordinate jobs and tasks.
  • Answer phone calls with urgency and empathy, providing consistent service to contractors.
  • Utilize software to generate reports and mailers daily.
  • Communicate with the State Manager, Raters, and Permit techs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Offer administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Organize and file digital and physical documents and reports.
  • Attend and participate in monthly or weekly meetings.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more of professional administrative experience.
  • 2 years or more of computer experience.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Google Earth, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
