Responsibilities

• Manage all department accounts including state and grant accounts.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and procedural compliance on all grants.
• Maintain detailed accounting reports and reconcile departmental budget information.
• Manage finances related to sponsored research and contracts in compliance with university policies and federal regulations.
• Order laboratory and office supplies, reagents, and equipment for student laboratories.
• Assist in student laboratories, including sample preparation and conducting laboratory sessions.
• Perform clerical duties as required.
