About The Position

The Graphic Designer at Trexcon, Inc. is responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that enhance written content and support brand imaging. This role involves using various design software and materials to produce visuals for websites, marketing materials, packages, and logos, while also revising projects based on feedback and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Some local travel required - must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities conform to Trexcon policies and procedures.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively and appropriately with all staff members regarding design projects.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
• Remain flexible in daily routine.
• Support the mission statement and Core Values of Trexcon.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
