A Team Lead manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. The Office & Facilities Team Lead will also perform administrative tasks as assigned (including but not limited to timesheets and inventory management). Team Leads act as motivators, supervisors, and mentors. It’s a Team Lead’s duty to guide front line cleaners cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company. Supervises: Front Line Cleaners Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). The Office & Facilities Team Lead will also provide support to management through administrative tasks in the office. This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement to a higher management position upon demonstrated performance.
