About The Position

KPMG is seeking an Office Experience Specialist to join our Office Experience team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in ensuring that in-office employees and meeting stakeholders have a seamless experience while utilizing office resources. As the first point of contact, the Office Experience Specialist will act as an ambassador, maintaining awareness of all visitors and VIPs expected on the floor and anticipating their arrival. The position requires a proactive approach to planning and coordinating local in-office meetings and events, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. The Office Experience Specialist will support the day-of execution for local meetings and events, serving as the primary point of contact for meeting stakeholders. This includes managing the cleanliness and setup of meeting rooms, troubleshooting AV equipment, and collaborating closely with the Tech ambassador. Additionally, the specialist will verify the accurate processing of reservations into the workspace and meeting reservation tool (ServiceNow), pulling daily and weekly reports for meetings and workspaces. Conducting daily walkthroughs of designated floors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) is also a key responsibility. Effective communication with support departments and vendors, such as building management, catering, and IT, is essential. The Office Experience Specialist will also oversee the delivery of incoming packages and manage mail and shipping operations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and build productive relationships with peers and service providers.
