About The Position

As an office engineer, you will provide essential administrative, technical, and organizational support for construction projects, bridging the gap between the field and office to manage documentation, coordinate schedules, ensure project compliance, and prepare progress reports. You will review project plans, manage documentation flow, coordinate with project teams, and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines. The office engineer reports to the project manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum two years with construction management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage project submittals and other technical documents required for project completion.
• Present and interpret technical data and project information in a clear and organized manner.
• Maintain accurate and complete records to support project compliance and auditing requirements.
