About The Position

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking an Office Engineer to join our office in Manhattan, NY. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited university
  • Experienced in construction for the civil, building or infrastructure sector
  • Previous experience as a field engineer or office engineer
  • Knowledge of Estimating, Scheduling or AutoCAD
  • Proficient in MS Office (WORD/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), Procure, Bluebeam
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

  • Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims
  • Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records
  • Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process
  • Research and propose solutions to quality control issues
  • Perform quantities take offs
