We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Office Engineer to join our dynamic team in a full-time on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. As an Office Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective administration of construction projects, ensuring they stay on track and in compliance with design, technical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Certifications, such as AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications, are a plus
  • 0-5 years for Junior Level
  • 5-15 years for Mid Level
  • 15 years for Senior Level
  • Previous experience on airport projects is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize comprehensive construction files, project records, and logs for all aspects of the project
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project activities to support reporting and compliance
  • Track document and resolve project issues and site conditions to ensure project progress remains uninterrupted
  • Oversee and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process and the submittal process, ensuring timely responses and accurate record keeping
  • Review and manage daily field inspector reports to ensure field activities align with project schedules and specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and administrative support to project teams, ensuring proper communication across all departments
  • Coordinate the flow of project information among team members, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all construction work adheres to relevant engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions
  • Monitor quality control measures and ensure work complies with regulatory and project-specific requirements
