About The Position

The Budd Group is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Office Custodians to maintain a clean and productive environment for our Customer
In this role you aren't just "cleaning" - you are the guardian of our office's first impression and the unsung hero of our daily operations.

Requirements

• A polished individual that presents themselves in a professional manner
• Work attire is all back (polo style shirt and slacks)
• Someone that has a good eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces including tiled areas and carpeted office spaces
• Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces such as door knobs, push plates, elevator buttons, and kitchen counters
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms multiple times daily to ensure they meet hygiene standards
• Empty all trash and recycling bins, ensuring liners are replaced and waste is disposed
• Dust furniture, wipe down glass partitions, and ensure the breakrooms/kitchenettes are tidy
