The Office Support Technician / Rewards Clerk is responsible for the Prominence Perks Program, making sure that vouchers are being checked for accuracy and all information and data are entered into the system. The Clerk will also be corresponding with members should they have any questions regarding the program and be able to answer questions about the members’ gift cards. The Office Support Technician performs other clerical tasks as assigned. This position requires a great accuracy with repetitive tasks, good organizational skills, professionalism on the phone and the ability to multitask with changing priorities.
