Position Summary: The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the primary care clinic by supporting both clinical and administrative functions. This position is responsible for facilitating patient care processes such as prior authorizations, referrals, phone triage, and the return of test and imaging results. The Office Coordinator also assists the Clinic Practice Administrator in overseeing front- and back-office workflows and supports efforts to optimize patient flow, staff efficiency, and quality of care.
