Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of assembly experience. Experience working in a production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math skills and the ability to count accurately. Computer literacy. Experience using hand tools. Ability to read blueprints and follow written assembly instructions. Responsible, reliable, dependable, and willing to learn. Works with a sense of urgency. Prior shipping and receiving experience with solid knowledge of the process. Ability to support HR tasks, assist with inventory management, and provide administrative coordination when needed. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Thai, Chinese, or Vietnamese. Work hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Friday.
