Arizona State University (ASU) is looking for a professional, attentive, and welcoming Front Desk Office Coordinator to join the ASU California Center Broadway team. You will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors at ASU Broadway in Los Angeles. The center is in the Historic Herald Examiner building in the Downtown neighborhood of South Park. In this position, you will utilize your multitasking skills and knowledge of ASU California Center Broadway departments and programs to greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, direct event guests and support the administrative operations of the front desk. You’ll work closely with other front desk staff and the Director of Operations to create a positive experience for all guests. You will use your knowledge of ASU to answer questions and connect visitors to the appropriate department, including alumni, prospective students, parents, community partners and curious Angelenos. Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, dependable, professional and organized with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
