About The Position

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, the Office Coordinator provides administrative support to program manager, lead health coaches and community health workers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
  • Four (4) years of work-related experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in lieu of experience.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, tactful, and professional both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to pivot as needed based on the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes guests and clients to ensure registration effectiveness.
  • Facilitates client information for coaching services for billing
  • Enters screening information/intake assessment into EPIC for each new client.
  • Provides telephone support including answering all incoming calls and retrieves and takes messages for staff.
  • Set up and plans for any meetings at the Health Hub; includes catering, ordering, etc.
  • Manages and schedules all appointments for clients with Heath Coaches and Administrator, to ensure smooth functioning within the Health Hub.
  • Distributes monthly calendars for program administrator, lead coach, and health coach and schedules hub activity.
  • Logs office expenses and provides
  • Participates in outreach events.
  • Schedules clients follow-ups.
  • Updates websites, postings of marketing material, monthly event calendar, and other social media sites as needed.
  • Ensures the space is open for business during working hours and Health Hubs are staffed per schedule.
