About The Position

As an Office Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of Veterans United Realty's office— helping things stay on track and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. From coordinating office communications to tackling daily operations, you'll handle a little bit of everything to keep the energy up and the workflow seamless. Whether it's organizing spaces, assisting teams, or jumping in to solve problems, you'll be the go-to person for keeping operations running smoothly!

Requirements

  • At least a year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Comfortable with everyday tech and can easily navigate the digital tools needed in an internet-based company.
  • Reliable and shows up when the team needs you.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, or handle boxes.
  • Valid driver's license and a solid driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in hospitality, administrative work, or customer service.
  • Translatable skills and relevant expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly face (or voice!) people encounter when they enter the building or call in.
  • Greeting guests, helping with directions, or coordinating catering for meetings.
  • Keep things running smoothly by making sure office spaces, breakrooms, and vending areas are stocked with all the essentials.
  • Help keep common spaces tidy, including kitchens and conference rooms.
  • Keep storage areas organized and stocked so supplies are easy to find.
  • Make sure meetings and events go off without a hitch by managing catering orders.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
