About The Position

The Office Coordinator organizes the daily business operations of the Department, including reception/intake of customers, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, clerical tasks, and charge entry. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of medical/clinical office experience (scheduling, insurance verification, etc.)
  • High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Rehab
  • Vocational/Technical School/Diploma
